After Watching the trailer, it looks as if the movie will see a conflict between the two characters, Kangna (Bobby) and Rajkumar Rao (Keshav). The film has been directed by Prakash Kovalamudi. The story is written by Kanika Dhillon. The film production house is under Balaji. The name of the movie was first named "Mental hai kya". But due to the controversy, its name has been changed to Judgmental Hai Kya. This is the best Bollywood Update today that this is the second time after the Queen when Kangana Ranaut and Rajkumar Rao's pair will be seen on the big screen.
